Regarding the business itself, the BBB in Vancouver has more info. The Better Business Bureau and NetSmartz (a partnership of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and Boys and Girls Clubs of America) have certified Club Penguin as safe for kids. The Club Penguin shop sells real rubbish - but as it is mail order, that is a handy way to get kids names and addresses. There is no proof anyone traceable can be found there. The address could be a correspondence address. No human being traceable or otherwise is identified. No details appear of any official corporate registration in any country or sovereign state to look up the officers of the corporation (if that is what it is). There is nothing to prove this is not some sort of scam on kids and parents. Adavidb 05:15, 17 February 2007 (UTC) Incorrect. As for the claim it is run mostly by parents - who are they and where are they?Ĩ0.4.39.7 09:44, 16 February 2007 (UTC) The Contact 'tab' on NHI's web page gives an address, telephone number and email address for such questions. The people behind this project are really shy about what kind of legal entity they are and who the people behing it are. 24 Club Penguin is bought by Walt Disney.
